    Sadly, the “light roast” descriptor isn’t always reflected in the bean or cup.


    I’m thrilled to say that Catoctin Coffees handling of this Costa Rica bean is beautiful. Opening the bag one is greeted with a deep pleasant nutty aroma. So good!!! I did pour-over, and it was an immensely enjoyable cup of coffee - the type you think about later in the day hoping you can replicate the same outcome. Well done, Catoctin Coffee!!

    Love this coffee

    We have been long time customers with our first purchase many years ago at the Common Market in Frederick. We now order direct and have even had it shipped to various US locations during extended RV trips. While staying in St. Augustine the front office team commented on the delicious aroma of our delivered package. Next morning we brewed them a pot and they absolutely loved it. Starts our mornings in a most delightful way.
